Stroup's Garage Oil Lube and Filter Service – Full Service

  • Change motor oil (choice of grades/brands).
  • Install new oil filter.
  • Lubricate chassis (if the steering and suspension has grease fittings).
  • Inspect air filter (replace as needed).
  • Check automatic transmission fluid level and condition.
  • Check manual transmission oil level.

Our Wheel Alignment Service

Wheel alignment service consists of adjusting the angles of the wheels so that they are set to the car maker's specification. The purpose of these adjustments is to reduce tire wear, and to ensure that vehicle travel is straight and true (without "pulling" to one side).

  • Road test vehicle.
  • Put vehicle on lift and check all suspension and steering parts for wear.
  • Check condition of tires and adjust tire pressure to the correct PSI.
  • Check riding height.
  • Check alignment of all tires.
  • Adjust caster,camber, toe in,and thrust angle on all wheels. (If rear is adjustable)
  • Center steering wheel
  • Road test again to make sure vehicle is properly aligned
